When you sign up for online utility billing payments, P.U.W.C email you a temporary (one time only) password and after your first logon you are prompted to create your own password, to access your accounts. This information is encrypted during transmission. P.U.W.C also allows you to select an option of login pairs as Customer ID & Meter ID or Customer ID & Route/Service No. or Customer ID & Location ID. Information that is unique and is printed in your bill, to sign on. We strongly recommend that you use your Customer ID and your password.
